Moving or Copying Calendar Items
I am able to easily move all my Mail and Contacts to a new folder but how can I do the same for my Calendar Appointments and Meetings?

I've added some additional Exchange mailboxes to my account but now I can't seem to remove them anymore in Outlook as they don’t show up in my account settings or the additional mailboxes list.
Right clicking on a mailbox and choosing “Close <mailbox>” produces the error:
"This group of folders is associated with an e-mail account. To remove the account, click the File Tab, and on the Info tab, click Account Settings. Select the e-mail account, and then click Remove."
As they are not listed there, how can I still close these mailboxes?
We regularly send out meeting invitations to large groups.
To help us with planning the meeting, we keep track of how many people have accepted or declined already. We do this by looking at the counter provided at the top of the meeting item.
Unfortunately, these numbers often seem to be way off when compared to the actual responses given.
Why does this happen and how can we make the meeting response tracking more reliable?
I’ve added a couple of addresses to my Safe Senders, Safe Recipients and Blocked Senders lists and also increased the filtering level to High.
This works great for my main email account in Outlook but it doesn’t seem to work for my other accounts. Even emails from addresses that are on my Blocked Senders list aren’t being filtered.
How can I enable the Junk E-mail Filter for my other accounts as well?
Since a couple of weeks, I‘m seeing folders being created in Outlook with the name:
"the file so that changes to the file will be reflected in your item."
I’m not able to delete all these folders and new ones are being created again and again.
Why are these folder being created and how can I get rid of them?
In Outlook, I’ve added an Exchange, POP3 and IMAP account and configured some rules to automatically sort my mail.
While the rules for IMAP account are managed separately, I noticed that the rules for the Exchange and POP3 are combined and therefor apply to both accounts.
This creates some interference with the processing of the rules and Exchange rejecting them.
Is there a way to separate the management of these rules just as for the IMAP account?
When selecting multiple emails by holding the SHIFT and/or CTRL buttons, the Reading Pane doesn't update to show the newly selected email. Instead, it still shows the first mail that I selected.
This makes evaluating and quickly scanning through an email to decide whether or not it should belong to my selection quite complicated.
Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail both have this feature and I usually used this method to quickly delete or move a lot of emails at once.
Is there a way to make this functionality work in Outlook as well?
Every time I start Outlook, I'm being asked for the password of my Exchange account. When I configured my account, I enabled the option to remember my password but I still get prompted the next time I use Outlook and now I don't have an option to save my password anymore. Passwords for my other accounts are remembered just fine.
How can I set Outlook to remember my Exchange password as well?
Ever had multiple windows open of Outlook, had to switch to some other applications and then just want to return to the last window that you had open in Outlook without first needing to go through all the previews?
There is a keyboard shortcut for that in Windows 7 and I find myself using it basically every day so I thought I’d share it for today’s tip.
I'm writing down my mileage for my Tasks and Calendar appointments and meetings.
Is there a way that Outlook can automatically calculate my mileage for the last month or for a certain client?
