Save Sent Items in owner’s mailbox
When I sent a message on behalf of someone via Exchange, that message is placed in my Sent Items folder and not in the Sent Items folder of the second mailbox.
How can I configure this?

When I look at the Activities of a contact, the only columns I see are for the item type (icon), the subject and which folder the item is in.
Is there any way I can modify this view? For instance, knowing when I received the message or when I had the appointment would be handy.
I have multiple accounts configured in Outlook. When I create a new message, it automatically selects the sending account based on the folder that I'm currently in, instead of using the default configured account.
Is there any way to disable this?
When I receive a message which is marked with high priority, Outlook plays 3 loud beeps. As I often wear a headset, it really hurts my ears.
How can I disable this annoying sound?
Sometimes when I use drag and drop to organize emails they are being moved and at other times they are being copied.
Also, sometimes I drop them on the wrong folder (I've got a shaky hand) and then have to undo before trying again.
How can I get more control over this and find out in advance if they will get copied or moved?
I am able to easily move all my Mail and Contacts to a new folder but how can I do the same for my Calendar Appointments and Meetings?
I've added some additional Exchange mailboxes to my account but now I can't seem to remove them anymore in Outlook as they don’t show up in my account settings or the additional mailboxes list.
Right clicking on a mailbox and choosing “Close <mailbox>” produces the error:
"This group of folders is associated with an e-mail account. To remove the account, click the File Tab, and on the Info tab, click Account Settings. Select the e-mail account, and then click Remove."
As they are not listed there, how can I still close these mailboxes?
My mailbox just got migrated to an Exchange 2013 server which comes with a completely new design of Outlook Web App (OWA).
In the previous versions of OWA, I was able to access our Public Folders via a link in the bottom left corner. I don’t see that link anywhere anymore.
I know that we still have the Public Folders as I can access them from Outlook.
How do I access Public Folders in OWA 2013?
Since a couple of weeks, I‘m seeing folders being created in Outlook with the name:
"the file so that changes to the file will be reflected in your item."
I’m not able to delete all these folders and new ones are being created again and again.
Why are these folder being created and how can I get rid of them?
In Outlook, I’ve added an Exchange, POP3 and IMAP account and configured some rules to automatically sort my mail.
While the rules for IMAP account are managed separately, I noticed that the rules for the Exchange and POP3 are combined and therefor apply to both accounts.
This creates some interference with the processing of the rules and Exchange rejecting them.
Is there a way to separate the management of these rules just as for the IMAP account?
