Customizing the Activities view

When I look at the Activities of a contact, the only columns I see are for the item type (icon), the subject and which folder the item is in.

Is there any way I can modify this view? For instance, knowing when I received the message or when I had the appointment would be handy.

Can’t remove additional Exchange mailboxes

I've added some additional Exchange mailboxes to my account but now I can't seem to remove them anymore in Outlook as they don’t show up in my account settings or the additional mailboxes list.

Right clicking on a mailbox and choosing “Close <mailbox>” produces the error:

"This group of folders is associated with an e-mail account. To remove the account, click the File Tab, and on the Info tab, click Account Settings. Select the e-mail account, and then click Remove."

As they are not listed there, how can I still close these mailboxes?

My mailbox just got migrated to an Exchange 2013 server which comes with a completely new design of Outlook Web App (OWA).

I know that we still have the Public Folders as I can access them from Outlook.

Separate rules for Exchange and POP3 accounts

In Outlook, I’ve added an Exchange, POP3 and IMAP account and configured some rules to automatically sort my mail.

While the rules for IMAP account are managed separately, I noticed that the rules for the Exchange and POP3 are combined and therefor apply to both accounts.

This creates some interference with the processing of the rules and Exchange rejecting them.

Is there a way to separate the management of these rules just as for the IMAP account?
