Lately, all my attachments are being received as gz-files. For instance a Word document comes in as a .docx.gz file instead of a .docx files.
How can I can I receive my emails normally again with their original extension?

I noticed that Outlook now converts typed smiley faces in actual colorful smiley face emoji when composing a message.
That’s cute and all but there are of course many more emoji and more constantly being added. I therefor had the following questions regarding emoji support in Outlook;

Whenever I attach a file that is located within my OneDrive folder on my computer, it is being attached as a OneDrive link with a cloud icon and not as an actual file attachment.
This also happens when I select a file via “Browse This PC…” and then select my locally cached OneDrive folder.
How can I configure Outlook so that it always attaches my files as actual attachments and not as a link to the file on OneDrive?

I do a lot of typing so I try to use the mouse as little as possible as it breaks my flow. I also found that using keyboard shortcuts is often much quicker than using a mouse.
In Outlook, I have multiple accounts configured but I have not yet found out how to switch between the accounts when composing an email.
Is there an easy way to select the sending account via a keyboard shortcut?

I don’t really like Conversation View and how it groups the emails together as it requires additional clicks to get to a specific message within the conversation.
Also, I couldn’t find back a message which I received last week only to find it back under “Yesterday” under a different “From” name of someone who replied later.

In a previous tip, you mentioned that it is not recommended to store pst-files within Cloud based storage folders like OneDrive or DropBox.
I still have lots of space left in my OneDrive and DropBox accounts but not a lot of space left in my mailbox.

I just reinstalled my computer but did not save the nk2-file to maintain my AutoComplete list so now no addresses show up when writing in the To-line.
