This is another one of my personal favorite settings in Outlook 2007 which I set pretty much directly after a new installation; Shade group headings
Whenever I try to save a message, it defaults to *.htm for HTML formatted messages and to *.txt for Plain Text formatted messages. I would like it by default to save to msg-files so it will keep all Outlook info and attachments.
How can I do this?
Every time when I minimize Outlook, it closes.

Some messages in my Sent Items folder have an envelope figure with a circled letter i on the envelope. What does this mean?
I'm using Outlook 2003 and when I select "Macros" for one user there is no response, the dialog box doesn't open.
I also cannot get the Visual Basic Editor to work. It does work when I log on as the administrator but if I make the user an administrator it still doesn't work.

In Outlook itself I can hide the Status Bar via Tools-> Status Bar. It still shows when I open a Note.

Is there an easy way I can create a Distribution List directly from the message or do I have to manually add everybody (I hope not…)?
