I’ve been granted access to the Calendar of my manager. However, now I’m being bombarded with meeting invitations and responses for my manager as well.
How can I stop this and only receive my own invitations again?
We’re using Office 365 for Business and when I logon to Outlook on the Web (OWA) via my browser, I only see a few of my folders and always have to click on “More” to see them all.
Below that, there is a huge “Groups” section that we don’t use and I’d like to hide that.
Is there any way to always show all my folders directly after logging on to the Outlook webpage?
I think I’ve been a bit too optimistic about what I can still achieve before my Holiday starts and now I have quite a few Tasks which are due for the end of the week which I won’t be able to finish.
Luckily, they were not critical for me to keep me from going on my Holiday anyway.
Is there any way to move all these tasks at once to a date one week after my return?
I've looked through all the rules in Outlook but it appears I can only apply them to messages which meet a certain condition. What I'm looking for is to create a rule when a certain condition is NOT met.
For instance, all emails which are marked as high importance but that are not coming from our escalation tool should be marked as normal importance (and I'll assign it a category instead to indicate that the customer deemed it important).
I can set the condition "from people or public group" with ease but how do I set the condition "NOT from people or public group"?
I’m using the AutoArchive function in Outlook to clean up the older items in my mailbox.
However, I noticed that some old emails are still in my mailbox even though their received date is from before the archive date. Apparently, the archive feature looks at the Modified date of a message rather than the Received date.
How can I archive based on the Received date instead of the Modified date?
I know the To-Do List contains all tasks and flagged items. However, from the To-Do List in the To-Do Bar, I cannot directly see what kind of item I'm dealing with; a task, mail or contact.
The To-Do List in the Tasks section shows the difference via an icon.
Can I make this icon visible in the To-Do Bar as well?
When scheduling Meetings or Appointments, the duration defaults to half an hour. I would like to have one hour as the default.
How can I change this?
We have a shared mailbox at work where, amongst others, informational messages are coming in. Usually they end up hanging there for days because nobody knows who has read it already and who hasn't.
Is there a way in Outlook to find out who have read the message?
