I'm trying to call an Outlook contact which shows up in Skype but it never works for this contact. I can call other Outlook contacts from within Skype with no problems.
Why doesn't it work for some contacts?
I received a meeting invitation from someone but I cannot accept the meeting invitation as I can't use the Accept, Decline and Tentative buttons.
I believe the sender used iCal on a Mac to send me this meeting request.
Is there any way I can still accept this so it will go into my Outlook Calendar?
I often use the Preview Attachment feature in Outlook 2007/2010 to quickly go through the attachments I receive.
Should I be worried about any macro code or other types of security threads when looking at my attachments this way?
When I use the “Type a new Task” line in the To-Do List or in a Tasks folder, it always sets its Due Date to tomorrow by default.
Is there any way to change this to <None> by default instead?

I'm using Notes a lot and usually also have quite long notes. There seems to be no scrolling bar for a Note window and I often find myself resizing the note or walk through it with my cursor keys.
Is there a way to enable the scrollbar or any other way to read long notes more easily?
When looking at the time and date notation of my emails I noticed they are inconsistent.

How can I make them show all in the same format?
The date on my emails is now dd/mm/yyyy, but I want it to be mm/dd/yyyy. Also, I want Outlook to use a 24 hour clock rather than the AM/PM format.
Where do I change the time and date format?
I used Conditional Formatting to color code email in my Inbox. All works fine except that any email from one particular person, John Hill, is colored olive no matter what I set the color to.
Trouble is, I use olive for a different set of senders. I need his to be teal.
It worked correctly for a week or so, but now no matter what I do, or how many times I try to change it, it always stays olive.
Any solution?
Some messages in my Sent Items folder have an envelope figure with a circled letter i on the envelope. What does this mean?
