I've used the Instant Search feature and it seems to remember my previous search queries.
Is there any way I can delete this cache or remove items from it?

I just noticed that I could drag & drop files (doc, docx, xls, pdf, png, etc...) directly into Outlook folders. Basically this would allow me to use Outlook as a single storage location for as long as I have space in my mailbox, instead of saving these files separately in Explorer.
Are there any downsides to this method and is this actually even supported by Microsoft?
I’ve added my Outlook.com account as an Exchange Active Sync (EAS) account to Outlook.
All folders synched except for the Drafts folder which appears as “Drafts (This computer only)”.
How can I make it sync and use the Drafts folder of Outlook.com?
Yesterday’s tip was about getting rid of the EULA notification but have you taken the time to read it before?
It's actually worth it as it states that you can use it on a second device as well within the same single license without any additional cost.
How does it work?
We've got a large group of people in a contacts folder and now I have to determine who of them are older than a specific age. For each of them we've entered the birthday date already but I don't know how to go from there.
Is there an easy way to filter Contacts based on their age?
I’ve exported my contacts from Windows Live Mail on my old computer and now I want to import them into Outlook on my new computer.
The file is in csv-format but when I try to import it into Outlook, I'm being prompted to Map Custom Fields but everything is just on a single line.
How can I import my contacts into Outlook?
I’m currently using Outlook with a POP3 account but I’d like to switch over to an Outlook.com account.
I’ve set Outlook.com to download all the new mail for my old POP3 account (actually, I’ve set my old account to forward to Outlook.com as this appears to be faster) and configured my Outlook.com account in Outlook. This all works great and as expected.
How do I migrate all the mails which I had already downloaded via POP3 into an Outlook pst-file to my Outlook.com mailbox?
It's one of those things; you're travelling for a while and you're done reading all your emails already.
It's a great time to catch up with some of your RSS feeds but most of them only contain a spoiler and not the full item. As you are offline you cannot read the rest.
Or can you?
I’ve already added the Holidays to Outlook but I was wondering if I could also easily add other special days and sport schedules to my Calendar.
For instance, I’d like to add the moon phases, the Formula 1 calendar and a countdown to the end of the year.
Can I do this?
I have a POP3 account configured on my main computer and on my laptop. I noticed that it does not keep track of my read/unread status and other things such as Sent Items and other folder that I have. It also does not support bringing over the contacts and appointments.
How can I easily sync these changes?
